It really didn't matter, the photographer, Emily - cousin to the groom I think, from Dunedin and carrying a surname like Cannon (I didn't make any smart remarks!), asked how long the ceremony was and I told her a short one. After the ceremony she did say it was really short, I wasn't wrong!
A fantastic home location for a wedding. Lovely guests, including a couple who saw me at wedding nine years ago, on the 24th of November 2007 at Elizabeth House. The power of Facebook. The day before Mark and Chontelle Thompson had put a post up celebrating their 9th wedding anniversary and I had wished them well. She put two and two together. Lovely to see you and talk to you guests: Lisa and Mike Dixon - professional wedding guests! See you at the next one.
Highlights for me:
Tom bringing up the rings (son of the bride)
Tom doing his blessing (read it very well)
Allie, doing her reading (beautiful daughter of the groom)
The location (i was told about the amount of work done in the garden and preparation for the wedding)
The Groom agreeing (with a little thought) he will be bringing coffee in bed to his new wife
Meeting Lisa and Mike Dixon - guests from a wedding 9 years ago
Congratulations Mr and Mrs Miller I know you have an awesome life ahead of you as husband and wife.
