In New Brighton, I had the pleasure on the most perfect day, in the garden with close family and a couple of friends to perform a short and special ceremony.
I love presenting the part in the ceremony that tells their story.
We come together not to mark the start of a relationship, but to recognize a bond that already exists. Ashoka and El have had a long and supportive friendship for many years. Despite the distance they are lucky enough to have found love as well as friendship. Their first encounter was quite unlikely but ever since they have held a special place for one another in their hearts. This ceremony today is an outward expression of how committed they are to one another and how thankful they are to have met one another and each other’s families.
Thank you El and Ashoka for sharing your special day with me.
Thank you to the beautiful sister who a dentist by trade made and iced the beautiful cake.
It was lovely sharing a glass of champagne and toasting this couple for a long and happy life together.
Such a pretty wedding.
